I recently had a bad experience...but the worst part is that I don't even recalled. Just friends and people in charge try to explain which is so inexplicable. There is a mix feeling of abandon, confusion, rejection,
lonelines , sandness and more. All these feelings are more painful that a kick, all over your body a body that don't which I din't care about been kick like everyone has does.

dear genn,
that sounds scary and very upsetting. can you talk to your alts? i have had to begin to learn communicating with my inside family. they needed me to care about them and to listen to them. when i began to treat them better - there was less problems and conflicts inside. we felt better this way. i care about all of you. leslie and her pixies
