i hate that i hear "if this is a true emergency go directly to an emergency room" i never know what is a true emergency. the only time i couldn't catch the suicidal part from acting was when i drove the car the wrong way on the highway and the time i ran into a car and was unaware in the hospital with a head injury after i came out of it. But I DIDNT WANT to do those things. just parts did. I'm rambling ill shut up

your not rambling, your sharing. There is a difference. Feel free to ramble on. We want to know that you are ok.

You are not rambling, although I'm not sure if I understand what you're saying. Are you saying you're not sure whether or not you are safe?

If you are concerned that a part might do something that could jeopardize your life, you NEED to contact you therapist or go to the emergency room right away.

Be safe!

Please call your therapist and let him or her know what's going on. I am concerned that your safety is at risk.

An emergency can differ. What I've been told is, if you are suicidal & have the proverbial knife to the wrist, that's an emerg. If you really feel you cannot take it & know you can't, that would be one as well. Only YOU yourself can say if it's strong enough to go to the hospital.
Please never feel you are rambling or that you have to shut up. Support groups are for support.
I'll be online a little bit if you get this & feel a need to talk.
Love,
RhysMadison

So glad that you can come here and talk. Hope you are still hanging in there. 1 half hour or even minute at a time is good.

kathyanita, you're doing well. keep talking at us...we're here to listen to you.

i do think if you don't feel better soon, you need to either go to an e.r. or contact a hotline...

safe, warm wishes to you right now.
