PANIC!! SSD eval!!!

OK ok ok ok ok i am really panicking.... i just got 2 letters in the mail telling me they've scheduled not one but TWO evals @_@ I knew the psych one would be happening (which still makes me nervous) but they also want a MED one too. and the littles are crying. We're really scared. We didn't know this would be happening.

I ... i i neeed to know -i ahve to breathe and call my case worker on monday... or i see her tuesdya. so that is good and i know she is REALLY busy but i need to know what all will ahppen in this med eval. I need to know if it's a man or woman (can't tell from name), if i can stay clothed, and what all whill hippen. cuz i can't i hjjust can't deal.

i ERALLY didn't need this right now. I'm in the middle of a paper due tnoghithg. I ned to fbrreahtye. and focus.

I know that feeling. I had an evaluation in 1999 and they said nothing was wrong with me and I could go back to work. I had a hospitialization and contested it. I got an attorney that straightened them out. I have been assured any future evaluations will be a formality but I am now permanently rated.

Breathe...breathe...breathe...the med eval is just ta make sure u don't have underlying medical issues that might be "mimicking" a mental illness...which we know can't happen with DID but they try...if uve had a hospitalization u might wanna have someone help u with finding the files, etc...an any other stuff from ur T or psych dr...we went thru one of thems too an cuz of all the stuff we gave em we din hafta contest it...they gave it straight away...i know it's scary but we r hopin u will b feelin bettr soon...
