I am way stressed very switchy.

Anyhow I can't feel my fingers and my hands look like they belong to someone else.

I want to take a klonopin but I don't know if I have taken any. I KNOW I took one this morning .5mg but since then the switchiness started and now I am not sure.

I need to take one, I think. is it okay?

i have this big fear of accidental od when i am like this because i don't know who is doing what.

what would you do?

my other options aren't very healthy but would bring me back somewhat

I take Klonopin too. If it were me I would take one. I am prescribed .5 mg 3 times daily. I have taken 1.0 before and it was okay. But I am not telling you it's right for you, only what I did. ??

Dear earthmama,

I am taking a number of meds and often forget if I have taken them. Sometimes I have, sometimes I haven't.

To aid me in this each week I put all my medications in a dossette (it's a box that has the days and times marked on it for the week). Then if I am not sure if I have taken my medication I check the box to see if it is empty or full. Maybe getting a box like this might help you to remember.

I take klonolpin as well. If I am really unwell I take an extra dose - but not often, as I want to maintain my current dose - not increase it.

Try getting a box like this it may help you.

Good luck

Yup I understand that too. You might forget to write it down.
The box has saved me on many occasions.
You can buy these boxes from where you buy your medications.

You are more than welcome earthmama
