There seems to be some kind of shift in my system.
Hearing from our Wise one (Ajna) that there has been much growth
and healing and that because of that there is some shifting....
no one is gone or integrated, but things feel so much different.

Has anyone else gone thru anything like this??

YES.....talk to Ajna........do they have somthing to say? listen....be at peace....get to know yourself........build a relationship.......say good morning to Ajna...........everyday.........listen when they speak....one at a time.....be gentle.....its part of the process..........

my wise one says to Ajna.....be gentle with yourself....be persistant....and relax.....always....relax
