Hi Fawn,

Welcome to the forum! I'm pretty new here myself. So far I have found this place to be a great place for support and a great place for info.

Hope to see you around! Don't hesitate to jump in, ask questions, share experiences if you want.

Take care....

hi fawn. I'm glad you found this place. Im new here too. I had DID. this is now downgraded to the milder diagnosis of dissociative dissordered because my alters have all been integrated, But I still go through some dissociation symptoms.

Just wondering...

You said that upon integration your diagnosis was downgraded to dissociative disorder? Are you speaking about DDNOS?

There's a great sticky up about dissociation vs. dissociative disorders that breaks everything down and talks about it all a little.

I've been dx with DID by a specialist but was told by another practitioner that my DID could fall under DDNOS and DID!!

Errr!!!
