Memories of a bad event last yr this month.
Thought they were far away, sealed behind a wall closed in a box no--they will never bother me again how wrong. how wrong. Got reminded today that it happened But not to me it didn't to my friend but i was helpless i knew all the horrid details but i was helpless. now she remembers and today she reminded me |

i was doing fine till my friend reminded me what this month held for us last yr
she was in a very bad sit. last yr. i was there 24/7 by phone. when the worst stuff happened--unimaginable stuff--one of her insiders gave me all the details----and when she was ready to talk she told me what she remembered. for a month horrid things went on. is saw her and the results of this horrable stuff. i didn't want to even go there. today she reminded me. |

this is naomi---things are a bit better--trying to stay grounded
and calm--- host person still inside. this is getting scary not used to being out for long vicki either struggling taking anyone's hand that offers we gotta try and stay above the water. feels so much like we're sinking naomi

try to take some time for yourself. I remember when a part of mine was out for longer than normal it was hard on her, but she got to have some fun too, maybe you can find something fun to do
