Feeling shaky and not well. I keep splitting and not knowing how to stop it.

Sorry your not feeling well tonight.

It's difficult when we get switchey. Sometimes there's no stopping or controlling it for the moment. Sometimes you just need to remember to breathe and roll with it for a while.

Try doing some grounding techniques, and maybe try and write a little bit in a journal. It will ease up, but fighting it is only going to make you more exhausted.

I'll sit with you a while if you like...K!

I wish you weren't going through this ... sad. Can you do something to help this ... call someone for support ... grounding? I really hope things settle down very soon ...
