....and it doesn't stop woozy woozy..

it's just so hard to deal with things you're supposed to deal with, when you find something out and then it's taken away.

twilight, who has apparently gone utterly and totally and absolutely insane.

i wish i could tell more. but...

1. the filter is on and doesn't allow me to tell
2. i'm afraid i'm going to get in trouble if i say anything
3. i remembered something horrible, and then someone blurred the memory so now i can't remember anything.

all that remains is the feeling of impending doom... and the spinning... if i close my eyes it just gets worse, spinning and spinning and spinning... trying to write it out but then someone erases it, then i don't remember...

oh dear... i'm sorry i don't mean to whine... i just don't know what to do.

trying to do some breathing, took anti-anxiety meds (that don't seem to work) and now here.

thank you all for sitting here - trying to imagine us all sitting together.. that helps a bit

twilight et al... riding through the storm..

Please don't think you are whining. When you remember, when you feel strong enough, write it down. Here to listen.

*hugs*

I'm sorry.
If you ever can talk about it, we're here. I'm here too - seriously send me an email, dont worry about triggers or anything (don't worry I'll be safe about it - and I'm generally ok with that kinda thing). You defintely won't get in trouble with ME if you say anything. So that takes away one of the three reasons *hides*

erm yea.
And of course.
*GLOMPS, HUGS, TACKLES, SQEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!! AND more glompses and huggles* always in the safest way xD

Sorry things are feeling so horrible right now.

I don't know if it will help you but a couple of things that used to stop our spinning were picking up a small object and focusing on it very intently (feeling it, turning it, looking at it) and counting objects in the room. Counting (can be any real objects around you) uses a different part of the brain and has helped us ground many times.
The holding an object thing seemed to work best for spinning tho.

oh, just thought of something else: backing right away from the trigger (sounds like for you right now it is the memory that has been redissociated) helped the process stop more quickly. not allowing us to think of the memory or the loss of it or the system or the protection or anything connected to it at all helped us. it slowed the spinning til it stopped, and then once grounded we could tackle the material from another angle (very carefully, so as not to set it off again!)

dunno if any of this helps, but they are things that helped us.
Thanks for this!
