I am new at this and I replied to my message instead of posting a new thread. My nerves are such a mess, sometimes I can't even think straight. I feel like I'm going to have a nervous breakdown, worring myself to death. I spoke with my ex today to see if he could wire me some money for food and gas and he said that his truck brown down and that he had to take care of that first. He is so selfish. His truck is illegal anyway and he shouldn't even be driving it. He has a lot of friends who really don't know how he is that he can depend on to get him around. He'll take care of himself first before he would send me some money knowing that I pay all of the bills........

Is he your ex-husband or ex-boyfriend? Are you working and if not, how come? Do you have kids?

If he's your ex-husband and you have a divorce decree that says he's SUPPOSED to send you money, go to the Friend of the Court.

If he's your ex-boyfriend, I don't know what to tell you. He's not legally bound to send you anything unless you have a contract in writing that he OWES you money.

Best of luck. Hugs, Lee
