So my soon to be ex has been cyber stalking me. Over the summer there was a period of time (unsure how long it was going on) where at night she would sneak my work phone out of my backpack and used it to access my email account (we are still living in the same house, though thankfully separate rooms). She even let it slip, complaining about some of the things I said about her in emails to my friends, but she also read emails to/from my lawyer (might be a legal issues if I could really prove it).

Recently she has become enraged that she can no longer check on my phone usage online through our provider’s web page.

She has also been recruiting people to give her information about what’s on my Facebook page (I don’t really use Facebook so this is such a waste of energy).

Just wanted to say “Hi Ginger” you are such a sad pathetic individual. And yea I know you are going to rush out and call your lawyer about this post, get over yourself, do you really think she cares? You are the only one in the world who will know that I’m talking about YOU.

Have a nice day

I hope she knows that she can get into DEEP TROUBLE by cyber stalking and hacking into your mail, etc. That is illegal, and I hope you talk to your lawyer about all this. And I hope you prosecute her too -- she'll do this to others the next time she gets mad about something! She needs to be STOPPED.

"Ginger" -- knock it off cause you could be in DEEP TROUBLE. Your next trip could be jail!

She didn't hack his email, though. She just took his phone without his permission. (...)

Psychcentral is an open forum. I think you should nail her about the facebook page, especially if you've blocked her. If you can get some people to tell you she's done it, then it should be enough to stop her.

Good luck, Mike!

Mike,
Clear out!! Cyber stalking is not a joke. I had to change emails, delete social networks, ect. Be careful.. Remember nothing is private. Look at everything and start deleting and starting fresh.
It's a pain in the but, however it's the only way.. Or keep one or two open with misleading info to throw her off??
Stay safe.
I'm sorry you are dealing with this.
Thanks for this!
