I'm ready to be done with his manipulation. Regarding everything!!!!! Rather than contest he tries to circumvent tge system. Doesn't want to attend the pre-trial meeting. Just being a pain.
My car is broken dead broken, and my credit, thanks Mr ex won't allow me tge opportunity to get a loan. Wasn't a problem ever before in my life. Thanks Mr ex. For showing me that my trust level of strangers is far too high. Believing there's good in everyone is a fantasy. And some people really do condemnation.

Well if he doesn't show up to the hearing then that is a very good thing for you, everything will be decided in your favor.
