Even though I asked my ex husband to leave 11.4 years ago I still relieve my marriage every day. My ex is sociopathic, and I didn't find that out until after the divorce. I knew he had untreated bipolar and was a drug dealer and substance abuser.
I am eternally grateful I got out of that marriage , except now I have been raising our daughter on my own and she's developed her own mental health problems but that's not even my greatest challenge. I now live in a 24 hour flashback as my daughter is the same age I was when the wheels came off.
Thanks for listening.

I do not know Leo, I thought my flashbacks and dreams had ended sometime ago but for the last 6 weeks they have been hell, which is in part why I needed to spend some time at UT health yesterday. My blood pressure which has been quite good has been greatly effected by this and is causing me a lot of concern for both me and my Drs. I wish I could tell you do get over it & 8 weeks ago I might have said you do. All I can say is you are not alone and you do have support and understanding in a community like this.

I was divorced once a long time ago & made the same mistake twice with the same person... a living hell to be sure... and about to fix that mistake next week.

I wish I could say yes but I still have mine. Here is encouragement for u I only have triggers and needed to figure them out and how to avoid them. I will never have a wife, partner or woman friend again. My 2nd ex-wife-to-be used them all against me to take control of me. eyesclosed There is no medicine that can reach the soul
Thanks for this!
