What a scammer, it's been over a year since she filed or her mom who works at a highly touted law firm and worked with the newly elected judge for over 25 yrs who happens to have our case gee how convenient. We have no kids together. She has a couple of bank accounts she opened while we were married and won't submit a financial disclosure so the attorneys can do the marital separation agreement. Now i have to sit in the same room with her and she has to by law have it today. The judge will probably want to do it herself but my attorney is going to request a trial so she can take a closer look . I'm gonna be sick.

You will get through this even if it feels like you won't. Sounds like you have a good lawyer looking out for you

I'm sorry this is so hard on you. Divorce is never easy. Hopefully the judge will be fair. Make sure you are taking care of yourself.
