I'm going ask my psychologist to write a letter too my ATTY. This is going on 2 yrs now. She was abusive one way was control. Right now she is still abusing me. This involves no kids alimony nothing but marital property which they refuse to answer about and want trial.

What is a letter from your psychologist going to accomplish? To move the case along? The fastest way to move it along is to just give her what she wants. Otherwise, you will have to go to trial with it because it doesn't sound like compromise is in her vocabulary.

Well there's the problem she and attorney never answer what they want. Here is what we have No Kidding Over $400,000.00 in retirement and real estate and $42,000.00 in cash I want $15,000.00 cash And the 70,000.00 dollar house. Her 401k has 310,000.00 in it she is a control freak only when she has made her point that the divorce happened when she wanted it too. Yes Doctors carry a lot of weight in the courts. Can't give away everything give her what she wants okay. Oh and 18,000.00 dollars is what i Owed on the house when we got married so I want33,000.00 out of 400,000.00

Wow. She is really greedy. Why are you selling yourself short? Go to trial and get half or even more for the abuse she puts you through. The house should be a least split since it was yours before the marriage. Good luck to you. I hope it all works out for you.
Thanks for this!

In Wisconsin you are entitled to half of everything including her 401K. So tell her you will walk away for $175,000

I would go to trial....the judge will give you much more than walking away with almost nothing. The future needs are always minimized & then later on, the needs prove that more should have been received just to survive. Know you want it over but sometimes it's worth the wait to get what you are ENTITLED TO.

My lawyer said my divorce was the most difficult one she had ever worked on, cost me about $25K all in, but looking back I'm glad that I didn't just let her have her very deluded way.
Sounds like she is trying to just beat you into submission, get a lawyer, is neither of you have filed, file as quickly as you can, and get a court date set.
