I am going through a separation that I unfortunately caused but I am riddled with pain because I still love my wife. However she says that reconciliation will never happen. How do I go on and process this pain

Dear JMIRAGLIA,

What an awful and heartbreaking ordeal you are suffering. I wish I knew what to say to help but I am not a psychologist and struggle with processing my own personal anguish, pain and grief. Hopefully others here with more knowledge, experience and insight will see your post and respond to it with something really helpful to you. It is so terrible to suffer alone. My heart goes out to you.

Sincerely yours, Yao Wen

I am currently going through a divorce and my wife no longer loves me and shows resentment towards me and I don't know why. It's killing me inside because I love my wife more than anything and losing her is so hard as she has been a large help in my recovery process with mental health. And now that I have gotten better I have been struck with divorce and I feel Yeats of hard work has just vanished. Being alone in a home is something I have not experienced in years and I do not like it, especially going through through tough time like this stuck alone with my thoughts

Welcome! So Sorry that things are being difficult! i agree with the other wise and wonderful posters about being So Sorry that you're hurting in general. Are you currently seeing a therapist? Have you tried to suggest Couple counseling to her? Feel free to check out the Relationships and Communication forums for more advice about this. Contact the admins and moderators in case you need assistance. i am also available if you need it and Hopefully many others as well. Sending many safe, warm hugs to BOTH you, @JMIRAGLIA, your Family, your Friends and ALL of your Loved Ones! Keep fighting and keep rocking NO MATTER WHAT HAPPENS, OK?!
