ive gained a crap load of weight.
i feel more out of control than ever.
wobble, wobble, fat, fat, OUT OF CONTROL, oh hell
i feel like ****
im eating but i want to starve, restrict purge, exercise heavily again like before

but part of me says i cant

but part of me says look at how disgusting and fat and gross and out of control i am#

urgh.

The rational answer is, is that starving, restricting, purging or anything like that will NOT make you lose the weight. It may, temporarily, but it will be put back on just as soon as you're not doing that anymore. It's a yo-yo... the only way to lose weight and keep it off is to do it in a healthy way.

But you know all that... and that's the rational answer.

The emotional answer is, I do understand and I struggle with restricting and starving myself too.

ive kept off the weight since a few yrs ago through starving, rstricting and purging.
it works.
