Hi.... I'm not used to talking about my Anorexia but I feel I need some sort of support to get me through this (I'm in recovery at the moment). Is anyone else here in outpatient? I could really use some support from people going through the same thing.

Hi, i'm not going through outpatient as I can't afford to, but i'd be glad to offer you some support. This community is great for that. There's an ED support chat on Mondays and 9pm that might be helpful for you. Feel free to send me a private message if you need to. I'm sort of trying to stay healthy on my own and it's hard, but doable. I'm sure you will do well in outpatient, coming here was a big step

Hi Dani,
Welcome to PC.
I am in outpatient therapy. It is slow-going. My T says (like a mantra), 'Progress, not perfection'.
I have some good days and mostly bad, but I haven't been in treatment since July so I guess I am doing ok.
I hope you find the support you are looking for.
Keep posting if it helps!
