I was wondering if anyone has a list or knows of a good link where I could find a list of things to do besides eat when you're stressed, bored, anxious, etc.

Here are a couple of resources:

Normal Eating - this is a very complete website dedicated to emotional eating/compulsive overeating

Overcoming Overeating - another site dealing with overeating, more of a companion site for a couple of well-respected books on the topic, "Overcoming Overeating" and "When Women Stop Hating Their Bodies"

Both of the above sites operate from the premise that you don't stop emotional eating by dealing with the food, you can only stop it by dealing with the emotions; in other words, it's not what you're eating, it's what's eating you. It's a difficult concept for many people to accept, since it basically says to throw all the diets and food restrictions out the window.

Recovery Toolbox - this is from a site dedicated to eating disorders...even though it's aimed at people with eating disorders, I think these tools are useful for emotional eating that may not have reached the level of Binge Eating Disorder or Compulsive Overeating. I especially like the notion of a Coping Bank, which is about halfway down the page.
