Bad night last night, wanted to cut, had the blade out, ready to cut, instead I just hit the wall with my head, my fists, broke a mirror with my fists, not the best way but I was able to release my anger and pain, still feel like I failed, no matter how I self injured the bottom line is that I still have cuts, and scars and memories of them all.

I've done this before. Actually, the first night I started si'ing I did this. I know its not the most suitable way of releasing anger... but at least you tried to divert it somewhere else instead of cutting, so give yourself some credit for actually recognising that you shouldnt be cutting and stopping it! babyg xXx
