I was actually doing well before this week. I was eating and gaining some weight. I have been really depressed this week and not eating. I feel to exhausted and sick to eat. All the weight I worked so hard to gain is just dropping back off of me.

<font color="#000088">Hi GEMinMD, it's sounds like to me something had triggered you off this week. Do you know what is bothering you? Please don't worry keep going as you've got so much to offer. Make a list of all your favourite foods and pin it up to a board in mind. Slowly get into the habit of eating again start with something little like an apple then a little bit more like salad and then have a meal like jacket potatoe? If you can't eat it all don't force yourself because that could make it harder to start to eat proberly again. Take your time eat slowly and calmly as much as you can eat until you fill not sick or too full up. Have a vanillna ice-cream milkshake which is easy to swollow and gives you some energy. Allow yourself to go to the kitchen and grab a snack.
I know it is hard when you sudden stop eating when you get back into it. If you forget to eat, make sure you have a alarm clock or a reminder to what time to eat during the day. |

(((hugs))) one week does make it a lifetime.. pick yourself back up (which you already are doing, by noticing what's going on!) and go in the right direction again...
