Take Herbalife to lose weight. I have gained 20 pounds within 3 months. My friend tried it and she lost a lot of weight she looks so good. I am debating because I'm taking Effexor XR and I don't want to have a bad reaction to it. I'm going to call my psych for her opinion but I want to know what you all think!!!!!!!

I guess I would leave that answer to your psych to determine if there might be a reaction between the med you are on & the herbalife weight loss. If they don't know, I would probably at least try it for a while......gaining 20 pounds in 3 months isn't exactly healthy unless you were way underweight. It is best to stay at a healthy weight if at all possible rather than doing the yo yo thing.

I haven't been around very much lately & just noticed you are new here....I want to welcome you & I am also in the Los Angeles area....northern to be exact in Lancaster. Hope you find this to be a welcome forum....the people here are really wonderful & supportive.....I am sorry your post wasn't responded to before now, but am sure there will be more people with information for you.
