Ok for breakfast i had what a half a glass of orange juice and one cookie. For lunch a sirra mist (sprits rival) and now its 7 46 and my tummy is telling me im full. I dont need the food. How? I did eat a cup of bean and hamberger mix gruel and a cup of pasta and hamberger mix plain. Now my tummy tells me im too full. this is weird. Normally my tummys releived when i eat and then i go upchucking which i havent in over 1 month (good for me) Why all of asudden its telling me something different? The little bugger must think i gained too much weight or something. Which i dont consider 1 pound to much weight since i went from 270 to 230. Yeah i need to loose more but thats were my job comes in. I scrub floors, tubs, make beds, Flush toilets (yeah some people dont flush and its NASTY) clean the flushed toilets, Vaccume and on to the next room. This works out to be oh about 1300 cals i burn a day. I know i dont go over my cal amount of 1500. well any advice? Id appreciate it.
