Although i cant seem get my other issues under control i have been doing ok just ok with e.d. Behaviors i use to purge alot in a day now its down to only a few times a day and i actually dnt after every little thing i eat i also on somedays dnt eat at all but when i manage to put something healthy n me i dnt purge. I also been working out intensely which this worries me a little because although i been cutting dwn binge/purge i increased my wrk out regimen i dnt know if thats a good thing. I somehow put it into my head that "well im not purging so its fine" spending hours at the gym is healthy or wrking out is fine. Who knows can it be that i changed my e.d. Behaviors ive always wrked out just not as much as i do now. Well its a little victory for me to cut down my purging so i at least have that to be thankful for.

That is good that you are purging less! Over exercising can be bad though if you are working your body harder than it can take. Make sure you are still eating enough so that you don't become weak and hurt yourself at the gym. If you need to talk you can PM me anytime.
