... haven't eaten much at all lately. sunday i ate some pierogies and yesterday i ate a small bowl of soup. still feelings so guilty. don't know what to do anymore.

i understand just take one day at a time and the amount u do it don't feel guilty about it b proud that u tried to eat something instead of nothing at all

I like perogies.

One day at a time. You don't have to go all the way to eating full meals on a daily basis, you need to work up to a normal level of eating stuff.
