I cannot eat without that constant fear of gaining weight. While my food choices are not great, the amount I eat is very little. For example, yesterday I had three potstickers, two small brownies, and a cookie. Today I had a few french fries and a few bits of chicken. The other day I had a half a hamburger and french fries (purged). I'm so hungry and I want to eat; I just can't. Can somebody tell me that it's okay to eat?

Go EAT!..............i'm gonna go eat as soon as my stomach settles down.....people in our society may look at you for two seconds..than they think about you for maybe 3 seconds then they don't care and forget you all together...so don't worry about that part of how you might look to other people because they really just don't care!

and the people that do say hurtfull things have issues of their own that they are reflecting on you becasue they want someone else to feel bad...misery loves company.

on the other side of things....fear of gaining weight just for yourself......
just eat ...the reason why you keep feeling lousy is becuase you eat lousy food....start off by eating small amounts of healthy food vegies and certain grains....eating small amounts of bad foods is the dame as eating large amounts of it...it's not any better for you...don't fool yourself (not being harsh i just use to think that way)
boils some eggs get yourself some cream of rice or oatmeal.....baby carrots or chopped celery...start with things like that are fillers and will keep you not so hunggry and start out small than progress from there where you want to be headed. you need to train your body to start eating again...trust me just because your eating more doesn't mean you will gain weight,...i still have a hard time with this one..

i think the less i eat no matter what it is i will be fine....used to think that way but it's a daily struggle when i look at food,,,,especially when i have stomach issues due to all my dieting and eating issues...now i don't have the luxury to eat what i want and i am always in pain when i eat.
