Ok, so this isnt good. I have been overeating for about 2 months now I'm spiraling to a not eating episode. I only know this because it happened so many times. Generally 2-4 times a year. I dont see my therapist until the 8th...and I am afraid it will be too late to prevent it from happening. I guess I should call her and explain what is going and see what she says about it. It is just if it starts its gonna be really hard to start eating again. well what would you all do. Mind you, although this isnt why I started seeing her, she does specialize in eating disorders and I know she gets really tough on this stuff. maybe this is what I need right now. Ok well that is all for now

I did...in fact I had an extra appt yesterday. She said that it was not an eating disorder but may be happening in relation to my moods(dx Bipolar last year).
