There are scholarships available, but I don't know what they are. I guess I'd suggest starting at a site like somethingfishy.org, and search around for treatment options. Or even try their forums, where other people might have researched them. Also check sites like ANAD's or NEDA's. They might have that info.
If you can't find a scholarship into inpatient, you might also think about things like peer support groups led by ANAD, which are free, or Overeaters Anonymous. I'm sorry I don't know of more, but I hope that helps.

I know this is kinda late in responding to your question, but the first time i was treated for anorexia, my psychiatrist wanted me into a specific hospital.....I had NO medical coverage for that kind of thing....I was so sick & my psychiatrist was persistant with the hospital about how sick I was that they agreed to pay for 1 month of inpatient treatment.
That was with the Radar Institute for Eating Disorders.....there were overeaters, anorixics, & bulimics all together for treatment......they did cover me completely even though it didn't do any good....because I didn't want the help. But I do think that many treatment centers have funds provided to them for situations like that where a person is in serious need of help & can't afford it & when it is between death & treatment, they can come through if there is someone pulling for you & explaining to them how serious the treatment is needed. Hope that by now, you have found the help you need, Debbie
