I hope you found the strength ot resist throwing up. If not then don't be hard on yourelf. We all slip at times and the important thing is to move on. We are here to help you when you need it. If you can post rather than act upon it. Sometimes distraction helps.

I hope you don't give in to that feeling. Maybe I can give you my hate of throwing up. I get nausea & then I just won't eat because I hate to throw up so much. Unfortunately the not eating anorexia is a problem of it's own.
I had an experience one time that has made throwing up almost impossible. I got the flu while on a long weekend vacation. I was so sick & throwing up that I burst all the blood vessels in the whites of my eyes & my face.....causing the whites of my eyes to become completely red & my face had red pin point spots all over it. I do anything possible to avoid that experience again. Take care of yourself & it is good for you to post rather than to do that to yourself. Debbie
