I have therapy tomorrow, I have lost more weight. Still struggling with weather or not I want to recover.

So for those of you who go to therapy do you dress to hide the weight loss or just the way you do every day. I wear skinny jeans and boots most days with a V cut shirt, but then my weight loss is really noticeable.

I don't want her to think I am throwing it in her face and I don't want to look like I am trying to hide it.

I was reading your post. I was concerned about your statement "still struggling with whether or not I want to recover".....so sorry you are thinking this way. Wish I could help! I know its up to you though but I wanted you to know I care!

You don't have to adjust what you wear for therapy. Wear what you would normally, it's ok.

Wear what you would normally wear if that's how you are comfortable. I've found that when I was struggling with weight issues, the clothing didn't really matter much. I'm concerned that you don't know if you want to work on it or not. Keep yourself safe and know that T is there to help you!

You wouldn't be throwing it in her face. I'm assuming you're in therapy because you want to recover, and being honest about where you're at, even by physical appearances, is totally okay and good.
