Hi. I'm currently at the normal BMI for my height and age but I want to lose more weight so my abs look more toned (I am athletic in shape and workout regularly). I never skip meals. I always eat three meals a day. I want to be thinner. Anyone else do this?

I do, yes. I just try to tell myself over and over that muscle weighs more than fat and that if you are at a good BMI and are in shape and work out, that the body may be "happy" where it's at and you might do more damage than good if you lose weight?

But I do understand the thoughts you are having. Not telling you what to do or anything, just letting you know I have those thoughts too and what I try to do to avoid falling in the trap. (sometimes I'm successful, sometimes not! )
