anxiety - depression or depression - anxiety? I am still trying to figure that out. Anyway, I would love to join this group if that is okay w/everyone(?).

Most of me really wants to veg out at the end of the day but my hands & mouth still seem to want to fidget.

Just saw this, I don't mean to interfere, but I think Dismissed just wants to be accepted in to the group on the board here about Eating Disorders.

Its not so much a group here (it is, but not in the same semantics) as it is people just posting on the board of Eating Disorders...you are already in the group.

Hi Dismissed, Welcome to PC.....PC is a wonderful forum where everyone does just "jump in" & is accepted.....but I understand your being careful if you have had other prior experiences.....I had a bad experience on a migraine forum years before I came here.....here is welcoming.....other places..not so.

We post in the forums under the topic that we are dealing with.
could definitely be at least ED traits involved there....welcome to post & maybe get some help with that. Know for me, stress usually takes me to NOT EATING.....but sometimes is causes the hands & month to keep connecting.....ugh, being careful of weight is a nightmare.

I was trying to be discreet I guess, and humorous in that initial post. I am definitely an overeater and it may or may not classify as binge eating. I guess the PDoc will tell me next week when I venture into therapy for some other issues. Thanks for the welcome!
