I've heard of many people who while trying to overcome anorexia wind up bulimic, but i'd like to know if it also goes the other way. I stopped b/p for the most part in May but now I'm afraid to eat. I was considered a "normal" weight before and since then have lost 10% of my body weight. I feel worried that maybe I'm becoming too rigid, but my nutritionist never even mentioned the weight loss, so maybe it's normal. Thanks for reading and sorry if this rambled.

Yeah it's definitely possible to cycle between the two. My eating issues always seem to express themselves somehow, so if I stop restricting, I b/p and vice versa. If you feel you're becoming too restrictive, maybe you should mention it to your nutritionist?
Best wishes
Thanks for this!
