I have gained 5 pounds. I cant be at 270 again I just cant. I need to loose weight not gain. I started to purge again. Three times a day. I cant get any fatter than i am now. I cant. I dont want to be 270 again. I want to be thin NOT FAT.

would it be possible for you to exercise a little, or try to eat healthy foods, rather than purging three times a day? You managed to reduce the amounts you do it; please try not to let it get really bad again!

i exercise every single day. and healthy food i do eat. Its the amount of healthy food that gets to me.

BD - purging is going to make your situation FAR WORSE. Stop doing it. Join weight watchers if you have to, but don't purge. Please...
