Hello all, I'm facing an incredibly tough time. My best support person is leaving the country for a month and this leaves me alone and frightened.

Successfully alone in the past, I filled my life with activities and projects, which worked awesome (and it would work for you, we can help each other)

What are some projects, activities, ideas you might have?

Thanks!

someone just suggested to me anything where I have to work with my hands will be a great distraction!

She suggested things like gardening, painting, knitting, scrapbooking, and other things like that. I'm contemplating taking on a knitting project that will last me a while, like a blanket, so I will be occupied and distracted for a while!
