well yesterday after my music lesson in the city i decided to go to the drug store and buy some diet pills. They're called Slimquick Ultra fat burner pills. Im starting with taking one before breakfast and one at diner. Its supposed to help you have less of an appetite so lets hope it works. I've been really behind with homework because i constantly have music lessons in the city and also my job which i have to work tonight till 10 30 so i won't have time to finish my homework thats already late or exercise. But between homework and work I'm gonna try to exercise as much as i can and also do lots of sit-ups when i have the free time too and cut down on some unhealthy foods. Which i hope will work. I haven't and probably won't weigh myself yet because last time that i did that it triggered my eating disorder and i forced myself to puke a couple of time and skipped some meals.
But this time I'm going to start off slow and steady. Wish me luck!

Any thinspiration tips?

Hi.
Thinspiration tips? No.

What I wish for you instead is the ability to find a healthy relationship with food and with yourself, no matter what you weigh. If you're not working towards recovery of your ED, please do so with a school counselor. I can only bring myself to wish you luck in that, since what you've described seems unhealthy to me, and I don't want to condone any negative behaviors.

gee, that word "thinspiration" again.
how about "healthspiration"? would taking diet pills really benefit you in healthy behavior with eating? a good counselor could help you manage things better. is there anyone at your school available?

no, there's no one available to me. I don't want to talk to someone about this because there is nothing wrong with me.
