I personally don't know what to do!
I am soooo sick of being like this! Lately,for the past couple of weeks I have been binging terribly! I won't eat a lot during the day but then 9-10 o'clock rolls around and BAM! I've eaten an entire days worth of calories. I am just plan terrified because i have lost some weight in the past 3 mo. and I'm so scared that I'm going to gain it all back! I feel extremely fat but my friends tell me "I'm getting unnaturally thin" I purge when I can but I am not always able to get anything up. If anyone could please give me some advice on how to stop binging it would greatly appreciated!! Last edited by Christina86; Dec 04, 2011 at 01:05 AM. Furbyturby, if you can eat some small healthy snacks throughout the day, it would stop you from being so hungry where your body craves calories and you binge at night. Do you have a T or nutritionist you can talk to? It also sounds like your body image and what ypu see in the mirror is inaccurate. You are wasting away, and could be in danger of all kinds of medival problems from malnutrition , but you think you are fat. You may be headed for a heart attack.
