Of course you are entitled to eat the food she buys! She wants you to have what you'd like. I understand how hard it is to eat when you feel upset and depressed. Try having simple foods that are easy to eat and are comforting, like soup, hot cereal, pasta.
Instead of eating once a day, try having several little meals throughout the day--little things, like fruit, cheese. I hope this will help you. |
