Hi Fuzzybear - I am sure my tail bone wouldn't hurt so much from my fall if I weren't so heavy - it is tough being overweight and tough to lose it.

Maybe it starts with a thought?

Fuzzy

Yes, those drat meds can definitely effect our weight in either direction.......I found that for me, Prozac & Wellbutrin both caused me to enter a very dangerous low anorexia state & wasn't willing to even mention it to my pdoc because my depression was so bad, I didn't care what would happen.

Maybe you could ask your pdoc to give one of those meds known for weight loss a try to help counter the weight gain for awhile. Sadly for me, meds had no effect on how I was feeling, they just provided unwanted side effects that really messed me up more than the depression it seems looking back.

((Soup))....just a note about that sore tail bone.......think they might hurt when either extreme of weight is encountered. I was riding my horse in dressage shows & every day was a workout with my horse & my english saddle. My rear hurt so bad...my trainer bought me a padded cover for my saddle & those padded riding underpants to help keep the sore tail bone under control.

I can definitely sympathize with you even if it's from the other side of the picture.

Know there can be a good balance between our mental wellness & our body's wellness with our weight. It's so frustrating because we don't always observe what is happening in either direction until it really hits us in the extreme......wish the Dr's were more sensitive about this aspect of the meds because it does have a huge impact on our health.

to both of you, Fuzzy & Soup
