ive been on a diet. I'm not underweight. I had been binging and purging so much that i had gained so much weight. I've been on a diet and lost maybe 12 pounds in around 3 weeks which isn't too fast I don't think. I feel guilty. I'm not sure why. I'm no more "unhealthy" uin my eating habits than b4. I do have dizzy spells. I'm not trying to rationalize or excuse the diet. I'm not sure who even I feel I need approval from. Its crazy, but I feel guilty.

Hi Esther -

I have been overeating the last three to four years to deal with loss issues.

I keep thinking that my food issues are related to my relationship with my mother.

Was your mother controlling?

Hugs,

EJ
