im getting my period in 2 days and am very badly retaining water. it doesnt always happen every month. but ive tried medicines, drinking tons of water and wearing loose clothes to not feel so bloated, fat, and about to pop. anybody know of or experienced anything that they think might help? thanks

unfortunately, this happens to a lot of women around their period. if it seems excessive, painful, or really interferes in your life, you should talk to your medical doctor about it. they might want to check your kidney function, or they may prescribe stronger medicine.

Have you talked to a doctor? I know a lot of women have luck with Midol, it's a drug you can buy like Tylenol but it's specifically engineered to help women during their period.
