I agree. You're definitely getting your fill of breads and starches. Okay, how about changing your food category? Move to carrot sticks, meat in a form that's easy to eat, apple slices, etc. You can still do some stuffing, but not have to be concerned as much about calories.

I know the feeling. Sometimes its just hard to stop. Need carbs. I have been buying grapes lately to be able to have something sweet. What fruits are in season in your area?
Try and distract yourself by doing a hobby. Get out of the house. No need to beat yourself up any more hun.... The food will do it for you. ![]() Take Care |

I sometimes fill up with large oranges. They really seem to leave me full. Wholewheat pasta is filling too and you could eat a huge plate of that with a tomato based sauce that you could make yourself in 20 minutes. If you have to eat bread, eat wholemeal, as at least you can feel good that you are putting healthy food into your system.
Good luck. I am going to spend the next 2 weeks being healthy as I too am feeling very yuck and bloated atfer overdoing it for a few weeks. |

Cottage Cheese on crackers is a good carb to munch on, or hummus on pita
