I am so skinny that I feel like constantly eating. People tell me "where does it all go?"

It affects work, since I lack stamina to do any real job for 8 hours.

It affects dating, since I have performance issues in the bedroom and when out on a date I eat like a horse while the poor girl is munching on her "salad". lol!!

It affects social life, I have trouble speaking up in groups and generally have no friends or talk to people.. because of my physical insecurities.

All I ever do is watch food shows, stay home and cook and eat, and dream about the buffet. No joke, I've had 3 dreams so far about the all-u-can-eat buffet. It's sooo good.. I feel sooo happy and at home there!! It's funny when I go to one of those chinese buffets, I spend hours there and after 6 plates the chinese women give me that look and usually say "finish??" lol.

Yes, I've tried the gym and weights thing, and various other fitness routines. And weight gain powders. All I got was a gut from all that, and no muscle or upper body weight. So basically I look like a pregnant but starving Ethiopian.

Can you help or advise?

To begin with, most people are hungry an hour after eating Chinese food. It is weird how that works.

And it sounds like you may not be getting enough water, especially with all that sodium in your diet. Dehydration causes headaches and makes you tired.

In general, though, it sounds like something could be blocking the absorption of nutrients. At this point a blood test to determine what you are low on would be a good idea and then you can see if either it is something missing from your diet or being blocked from being absorbed.

Food allergies could also be ruining how you feel. I don't know enough about them, but wheat comes to mind right away and dairy in second place.

Also - not asking what they are at this point - are you taking any medications regularly?

Hoodia works by targeting glucose receptors. It enhances your mood and keeps you from feeling hungry. The kind grown in South Africa is the real deal, but it is cheaper to grow in Asia. If it is grown in Asia it doesn't work.
Thanks for this!

thanks for the input.

I did blood work but only deficiency was Vitamin D. So I'm taking that now.
Everything is always fine every time I check it. And no allergies I know of.
I also don't take meds.

omg the all-you-can-eat buffet is heaven for me.. my eyes light up!
I love the one at the casino. soooo good. I fill up plates with clams and so many things. mmmm.

So why are my arms so bone-thin, almost frightening!?

L-arginine on an empty stomach with water. It is an amino acid. 2-3 grams / day. You can probably find a cheap generic. It is good for blood circulation (triggers nitric oxide production) and it triggers production of growth hormone.

Mushrooms are good for Vitamin D. I'm not sure what helps it to absorb, but I would suggest combining it with vegetable oils.

if you are low in vit D then you are probably low in calcium too as you need vit D to absorb calcium. Calcium is not tested as part of regular blood tests, it is a specific test that has to be requested.
low calcium will leave you with low stamina as it affects your bones, muscles and the circulation of your blood too.
Try taking a thirty minute walk every day, keeping as much of your skin uncovered as possible as vit D is got from sunlight and is absorbed through the skin. sun cream will block the absorption of vit D.

somehow we are on the same boat, I eat a lot but cannot gain weight but I am not depressed and I have no problem regarding with it as long as I am not malnourished, though I still want to gain weight. At this moment, I slowly force myself to follow the rules especially to eat in time because there are some cases I don't eat on times, sometimes I don't eat breakfast, only lunch, shall we say brunch(breakfast + lunch)

Maintaining your temperature burns a lot of calories. People who want to lose weight can do so faster by forcing their bodies to burn more calories to stay warm. You would do well to do the opposite, so long as you don't take it so far as to actually need a light jacket to feel comfortable at room temperature. Always bundle up and stay warm. Use hot baths and showers.

Never drink water. Always get calories with your fluids.

Add butter or olive oil or peanut oil or cream cheese or regular cheese to everything you eat. Ketchup and mayo have calories; mustard does not so avoid it. If you have room for mustard you have room for ketchup.
