I'm going through a relapse of my eating disorder. I'm scared. I hate the way I feel. I'm so depressed.

do you have a therapist you can go talk to? if not, what has worked for you in the past? begin taking those steps again so you can get back on track. good luck.

Yes, I've texted her today. I got more confused when I did though. I text her almost everyday. I'm just so confused.

What is making you feel confused? Can you talk through some of what you are feeling here....I have found it helps formulate my thoughts so I can talk better with my T

I don't know. I have so many problems. I get so confused. I feel she is angry. I feel everyone is angry with me for relapsing. I'm slowly trying to get better. It's so hard to do that. I've had an ED since I was 10, I'm 22 now. So 12 years. I don't understand why I need to have an ED.

I understand how you feel. My ED started when I was about 12 or 13 and I'm now almost 23...but I wouldn't admit to having a problem until a few weeks ago even though my T saw it in me years ago and tried to push me in the right direction...I just ignored everything she said and kept going.

If you ever need a support buddy, feel free to PM me.
