I'm attempting to make a grocery list of what to buy for the week and I can't do it. I can't figure out what the hell I want to eat for meals and snacks that I won't binge on, are healthy and won't make me feel like crap. Oh and have to be gluten and dairy free. Menu planning has always been stressful. I have to go shopping today because my daughter has run out of snacks for her to eat. I'm worried that once again, ill decide on a grocery list, buy everything then tomorrow ill be upset that I should have gotten such and such instead. Why does this have to be so hard??

Good luck. Hopefully you are able to get through it with minimal anxiety.
