Haven't had one of these in over 20 years but I am meeting with a dietician who specializes in eating disorders and she is creating a meal plan for me. I am really excited (and scared) to see how a normal person would eat ....my list of safe foods is down to 1 so we have our work cut out for us. Who knows, maybe I will actually feel inspired to try it out

Well it was....enlightening. She didnt hold back and told me how much I am screwing up my health with behaviors. It was kind of tough to hear. I had to come up with a list of foods I might be willing to eat and from there she will make the meal plan.

I think this is a great step forward. It's easier to have something to do than something to not do, if that makes sense.

I hope things go well for you! I don't think I could follow a meal plan...I would hate the rigidity of it. My nutritionist lets me eat whatever I want, but I have goals for each category. How I meet them is entirely up to me though.

I hope this world well for you......I would definitely have a hard time since there isn't anything in my life that I plan let alone eating......the free spirit in me really messes up my life.....but it's so difficult to be on any schedule....I am surprised that I always get my bills paid on time....I just don't to anything else that way in my life.......

Hope this is a real success for you
