My boyfriend found out I've been skipping meals and I admitted that I knew I was doing it. He told me he'd start skipping time with me if I keep skipping more meals. I want to make him happy, I don't want to lie to him. I just don't want to stop what I'm doing, so I'll eat around him and that will be my meals. He won't let me get away with just a salad though so of course I'll have to feel like **** about myself.
I can't even manage to get through this yogurt.
Am I really that bad of a person?

So is your boyfriend saying he'll skip too because he wants to discourage you from ED behaviour?

I think his heart is in the right place, but this isn't going to help you - the danger is you'll become more secretive in your behaviour. Sounds like maybe it's time to ask for some professional help.
Thanks for this!

He's saying he won't see me as much if I keep doing this. Yeah, I might discuss it with my therapist today but I'm just so ****ed up there's so much other stuff to work on. :/
