I've always been considered skinny, and Ive always had very low self esteem. Recently though, I started working out everyday for at least an hour, and sometimes two hours. I don't eat much, but i still eat. On here, when i was in a chat room, we started talking about my weight and my health with how little i weigh. People told me that i was underweight and I may need to get help. I understood this, but I still feel fat and im always going to be unhappy with my body. I didn't eat much yesterday, and i overworked myself during my exercise yesterday too, making me feel dizzy and sick. Today, when i tried to eat breakfast, I barely ate anything, feeling like the small amount of food i ate was filling my stomach entirely up, and i feel sick again. I don't exactly think that this is anorexia, because i still eat. Maybe less than other people or less than usual, but i still eat.

Only a doctor can diagnose anorexia. You need to see a doctor if you think you might have anorexia.

It is possible to be skinny and not anorexic or over-weight but with an anorexic thought process. Roseleigh is completely right; we can't diagnose you but if you're worried you should do something about it. It's important to remember that in most cases mental illnesses are treatable if you just seek help, so if you're worried about yourself, you should get help. It's better to err on the side of caution in these case.

It is possible that you are just not eating enough, esp. if you are feeling sick while working out. Your body needs more calories, ie, energy!
I suggest seeing a dr to get an ideal weight set for yourself and to tell him or her your workout schedule, diet, and how you have been feeling. Most likely a good multivitamin and more daily protein (which can be quite filling) each day will do wonders for you! Make sure you are drinking lots of water too, and drink something like Gatorade since you are working out that much. Do see a dr. when you can! I wish you the best!

Even people with anorexia still eat. But only a dr is able to tell you yes or no. Either way, the thoughts you're having and the eating habits should be evaluated

You said you don't think you're anorexic because you still eat. Anorexics usually do eat so that is not a good indication of the disease. And only a doctor can diagnose you. If you're worried, you should go see one.
