could i just be making this worse by thinking about it so much? it seemed less apart of my life when i just kept going with my life. or was i really oblivious to what was happening to me? what i was doing. this just seems ridiculous to me. this is not me.(but here i am)

When our mind thinks on other things we can't think on 2 things at the same time......so yes, by keeping your mind on other things it's NOT able to continually think on the ED issues.....learned that in my DBT & it is true. When I am seriously out there working with my horse or my dogs or just playing with them....that is where my mind is......it's the other times that are the problem & need to be handled.

Also stress level in life does have a lot to do with how we feel & react.
