Hi, I'm not sure what to do. I'm having some martial issues and the stress just turns my desire to eat off. I have lost quite a bit of weight and, I have absolutely no desire to eat anything, if I try I'm full after a couple of bites. My husband is concerned so he got me protein drinks, I manage a waffle, a protein drink and a couple of bites of whatever is for dinner, that's it, and I know I could easily just not have any of that. I've started drinking too which is bad! !

Advice? Last time this happened I lost a lot of weight before my desire to eat came back.

Thanks in advance

I would say talk to a friend, and a doctor. There could be more to it but then again it could be nothing too.

I am not sure if this is an eating disorder issue, or lack of appetite due to stress or depression or other issues. It would be a doctors decision, and i agree you should consult one.
In the meantime, dehydration is more dangerous and will make you feel worse faster, so be sure to drink lots of water, sports drinks, vegetable juice, milk, soy milk, etc. If you are willing to have the calories, a great source is peanut, or other nut butters. And the protein shakes are a great idea. You can also get the powders you can stir into water from places like gnc.
Please take care. Hope you feel better soon.
